A launch stack in five steps: combining this month's featured tools

How five featured products fit together into one workflow — record the demo, speed up the site, measure what happens, fix what stops sales, and get found in search.

Tool lists are useful, but the real question is always: in what order? You cannot fix conversion before you can measure it, and you cannot measure traffic you have not earned yet.

So here is a launch week built entirely from products featured on ListYourIdea, in the order you would actually use them.

Step 1 — Record the demo

Before launch, make a 60-second video of the product doing its one best thing. It goes on the landing page, your launch post, and your listing's gallery.

Use: Smooth Recorder. Automatic zooms and one-click captions mean a clean demo without opening a video editor — which is usually the reason people skip this step.

Step 2 — Make the first visit fast, everywhere

Launch day sends a spike of first-time visitors from every timezone at once. If your CDN cache is cold in their region, their first impression is a slow page.

Use: warmup.rocks keeps the cache warm across edge locations worldwide, so the first visitor in Singapore gets the same fast page as the hundredth visitor in London.

Step 3 — Measure the right things

Pageviews will spike on launch day and tell you almost nothing. What you want to know is: which sources brought signups, and which signups turned into revenue?

Use: Piqo Analytics puts traffic, signups, Stripe revenue and Search Console data in one privacy-first dashboard, from a script under 1KB.

Step 4 — Fix what stops people buying

Once you have a week of real traffic, you will see where people drop off. The question becomes which leak to fix first.

Use: if you sell online, you x you i audits your site every week and sends the fixes in priority order — so you work on the change that matters most, not the one that is easiest.

Step 5 — Earn traffic that doesn't stop

Launch traffic fades in days. Search traffic compounds. Pick a few keywords your customers actually type and write for them.

Use: RankFast to find the right AI SEO tooling for your budget, with keyword research built in. A permanent listing on ListYourIdea helps here too — every featured listing links to your site with a followed backlink.

When you get stuck

Every launch has a week where the numbers are flat and nothing in the dashboard tells you what to try. For those weeks:

  • Fake Mayo — real stories of how founders got their first customers.

  • Nick Launches — tutorials and launch playbooks for AI products.
